Whole-person coaching drawing on 30 years of clinical medicine, neuroscience, and the wisdom of Scripture — to help you overcome anxiety, depression, build resilience, and live with purpose.

Growing up between Malaysia and India before making her home in England, Dr Lavanya Dua trained in medicine at St Bartholomew's Hospital Medical School in London, qualifying in 1983, and spent decades caring for patients as both a hospital doctor and GP.
Over those years, she noticed something important: many people struggling with anxiety and emotional exhaustion needed more than medical answers alone. They needed faith, neuroscience, and human connection to work together. That insight became deeply personal — despite her medical training and strong Christian faith, Lavanya has faced seasons of anxiety herself and understands the questions, frustration, and exhaustion that come with it.
That conviction shaped everything. She went on to earn a Master's in Missional Leadership from York St John University and, in 2016, became the first woman ordained within the Equippers UK network. She speaks at international conferences, has appeared on Christian television, and is the author of When Anxiety Overwhelms.
Today she brings together clinical medicine, neuroscience, and biblical truth to help people find their way back to freedom, resilience, and peace — because she believes you are not broken, not alone, and never beyond hope.
